Herein lies the chronicles of the PRESTIGE Surgical Group and their annual missions to Haiti. Dr John Brusky founded the group in 1995 gathering an adventurous crew of physicians and nurses from St Lukes Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The group has travelled to Haitian hospitals located in Leogane, Port au Prince, Limbe, and Milot. Over the years many others have joined our family including surgeons, nurses, allied health professionals, college students, medical students, surgical residents,and family members from various parts of the country. The rewards have been great, the friendships lifelong, and the memories many.
