The Milwaukee Haiti Project originated with the Episcopal Diocese of Milwaukee. The project began in 1982 with the establishment of a church and school in the mountain village of Jeanette. Over the years the Milwaukee Haiti Project has grown to include medical, dental, educational, agricultural, construction, and healthy water programs.
